    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
    • All returns must include the undamaged ring(s), original box, and a printed copy of the receipt.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
    • Once you have obtained the RAN, securely package the item, ensuring it is protected during transit.
    • Include the undamaged ring(s), original box, and a printed copy of the receipt in the package.
    • Ship the package using a reliable shipping method, ensuring that it is fully insured and includes a tracking number.
    • Please note that the shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or defective.

     3. Inspection and Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned item, our experts will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
    • If the returned item passes the inspection, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    • The refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5-10 business days after the receipt of the returned item.
    • Please note that any shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.
  1. Exchange Process:
    • If you would like to exchange your ring for a different size, style, or any other eligible item, please contact our customer service team.
    • They will assist you in selecting an alternative option and guide you through the exchange process.
    • The exchange item will be shipped to you once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  1. Exceptions:
    • Customized or engraved rings cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
    • Returns or exchanges made without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
